Creator From a personal perspective, 'Timestop' is the name of an attack done by the video game character 'Sonic the Hedgehog' in the game, 'Sonic Adventure 2'. The screen freezes blue for a few seconds and it's one of the many quotes I remember from the game. It was my first major console game and I've owned the original disc for nearly fifteen years now. The game has a lot of memories for me, so I wanted to encapsulate this in a character. When I saw Timestop's design on an adoptable sheet, the circle around his muzzle reminded me of a clock. So I tweaked his design a bit to have some very Sonic-like quills and wallah! A representation of Sonic the Hedgehog.

Prefix: The kit took its time coming out of his mother's belly to begin with and when he emerged, the circular marking around his muzzle was very prominent, looking a bit like the sun. It also represented coming full circle, like a day, hence Time.
Suffix: As Timestop began to grow, his personality became very laid-back. He rides through life in the slow lane and appreciates the fine qualities in life. So it makes sense that for him, Time seems to Stop, nothing is ever rushed by him.

Blue-gray tom with a fluffy white underbelly with ginger patches on the side of his waist, around his mane and on the sides of his face. Light gray tabby markings stroke down his sides and freckle the top of his face.

Personality

[ Laid-Back ] - Timestop is extremely laid-back and takes things as it comes. He rarely frets over doing specific things and even when doing his duties like hunting, he doesn't let it aggrivate him in any way. If anybody is nasty to him, he's able to just brush it off. His suffix came from this ability to just relax in life and pretend that time doesn't exist.

[ Humble ] - If he catches the biggest piece of prey, Timestop would never dream of boasting about it. He wouldn't even eat it. He prefers to play down his accomplishments and pins any successes on his wonderful family and clan. Nothing anything Timestop does well is solely because of himself.

[ Athletic ] - Despite coasting through life, Timestop enjoys physical activity. Swimming is his absolute favourite and sitting around in camp all day makes him feel agitated. He enjoys climbing, hunting and stalking. The only thing he dislikes his walking through the open expanses of his territory.

[ Family Orientated ] - When/if he eventually settles down, Timestop would make an excellent father. He enjoys playing rough and tumble with kits, plus he is fiercely loyal to those that share close ties with him. He wouldn't be who he was without his family and Timestop never forgets that for a second.

Strongest Skill: Swimming - Despite not living in a territory that's waterlogged, Timestop is an exceptionally good swimmer and has developed powerful muscles in his legs. Certainly out of his clan, he's the strongest in the water.

Strengths: Hunting - He has powerful muscles in his legs, allowing him to pounce effectively on the type of prey that lives in the plains.
Listening - Timestop is an excellent agony aunt. He'll happily sit and listen to your woes. He might not have great advice, but he's a good friend.
Climbing - He may not have the long tail needed for it, but Timestop is a decent climber (if he can find the trees to practice on of course), he enjoys feeling cold air through his whiskers whilst up in the branches.

Weakest Skill Long Distance Running - He doesn't have the stamina for it and he hates having large expanses all around him, makes him feel exposed and like he can never escape.
